How To Speed Up a Transaction (CPFP) In App

Note: Right now only confirmed Bitcoin can be used for Bitcoin transaction fees, repayments and claims.

Note: If there is no change to one of the parties (less than 546 sat output to them) then this party (borrower or lender) can not CPFP.

What is a CPFP?

Child-Pays-For-Parent (CPFP) accelerates a transaction by creating a new one with a high fee using unconfirmed funds from a stuck pending transaction. Miners confirm both transactions for higher fees, speeding up the stuck transaction.

How to speed up unconfirmed Bitcoin transactions?

  1. Head over to your profile.

  2. Check your unconfirmed Bitcoin appearing below your confirmed Bitcoin, by clicking on "Open".

  3. Click on "Speed-up"

  4. Enter your desired sats/vB amount and click on "Accelerate (CPFP)" and sign the transaction in the wallet.

How to speed up a loan activation transaction?

  1. Head over to you portfolio page and select "pending" .

  2. Click on "activating" to open the CPFP modal.

  3. Enter your desired sats/vB amount and click on "Accelerate (CPFP)" and sign the transaction in the wallet.

How to speed up a loan repayment transaction?

  1. Head over to you portfolio page and select "borrowing" .

  2. Click on "repaying" to open the CPFP modal.

  3. Enter your desired sats/vB amount and click on "Accelerate (CPFP)" and sign the transaction in the wallet.

How to speed up a claim transaction?

  1. Head over to you portfolio page and select "pending" .

  2. Click on "unlocking" to open the CPFP modal.

  3. Enter your desired sats/vB amount and click on "Accelerate (CPFP)" and sign the transaction in the wallet.
